Since joining IMSM in 2001, I have supported Canadian businesses with operational improvement, compliance to ISO Management Systems or Regulatory Standards, as well as business coaching and training. With 20 years of experience at IMSM and over 30 years of direct business-to-business selling experience, I believe you must continuously evolve your strategy to innovate new opportunities or capture market share.
I have been awarded the prestigious Certified Sales Professional designation. My varied and extensive background has given me the ability to understand what my customers need and help them achieve it. I have been an associate instructor at a Canadian College, where I conducted the Professional Selling course made available by the Canadian Professional Sales Association. As a frequently requested public speaker, I enjoy sharing with people the newest ideas that will help them succeed and speak at multiple events promoting ISO and Management Systems.
With a heritage as a member of Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte, I also promote and enhance business relationships between Indigenous organizations and/or businesses with the Canadian and international business community.
